Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we have click and collect available for all customers based in Christchurch. You can collect your order from our showroom/warehouse located on Brougham Street.
How much will my delivery/shipping cost?
Delivery charges are calculated on your order and your delivery region. The delivery/shipping cost will be added to your order after you have selected your region. You will see the full charge before completing your order.
Do you deliver anywhere in New Zealand?
Yes, we deliver Nationwide, through our preferred freight carriers. (MAINFREIGHT 2HOME, PBT Transport, NZ couriers).
Do you have your products in stock or made to order?
All products available for purchase online we have in stock and can get it sent to you straight away.
Do your products come with a Warranty?
All our products are backed by our 1-year full replacement warranty. Our warranty starts from the date of purchase and excludes misuse, neglect and normal wear and tear. We also note Consumer Protection, the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
Will I have to assemble my product when it arrives?
The products purchased online are flat packed unless stated otherwise. The I-Robe systems that have drawers these come fully assembled. Our wardrobes and Linen Shelving are easily assembled and come with instructions.
How long will it take for my order to be processed/dispatched and arrive?
From the date of order/payment we will have your order ready for dispatch or pick up within 5-7 working days. In some cases, orders can take less or more time to prepare. Working days are the days between and including Monday through to Friday, and excludes public holidays, as well as our closed period over Christmas/New Year.
What if I want to return my order? Will I get a refund?
It is important to read through the product details to ensure it is going to be able to fit your space before you place your order. If you are still unsure if the product is right for your wardrobe or linen space, please send us an enquiry and we can discuss your concerns. We don’t provide refunds if you order incorrectly.
Ordering Online
By using this website and/or placing an order, we reserve the right to refuse an order. Non acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following.
- The product being unavailable from stock.
- Identification error with the product information, including price or promotion.
- Freight fee calculated online does not sufficiently cover the cost of freight to your supplied address
